Which hotel offers the best value for families on a budget?

Woolley Grange offers exceptional value at £145-250 per night with complimentary breakfast and two hours of free childcare per night. This represents genuine luxury at accessible pricing.

Can I visit these properties if I have infants or very young children?

Yes. Woolley Grange and Calcot Manor both accept infants from newborn (Woolley Grange from 3 months, Calcot from newborn) in their complimentary childcare programs, with full facilities including changing mats, bottle warmers, and sterilizers.

How far in advance should I book?

For the Treehouses at Chewton Glen, book 6-9 months ahead for peak dates. Most other properties require 2-4 months advance booking for weekends and school holidays, though Woolley Grange offers more flexibility during term time.

Which property has the best pool for children?

Four Seasons Hampshire's Sharkie's Reef—with its 4-meter slide, bubble jets, and umbrella fountain—generates the highest excitement levels among children. Over 85% of family reviewers mention it as the highlight of their stay.

Are there properties close to London?

Yes. Beaverbrook is just 40 minutes from London by car, making it ideal for quick countryside escapes. Four Seasons Hampshire and Coworth Park are also within 90 minutes of London.

What hidden costs should I expect?

Beyond room rates, budget for VAT (20%), potential service charges (5-10%), paid kids' club sessions (£10-15 where not complimentary), babysitting (£50+ for 4 hours), children's meals (£10-18), and spa treatments (£80-200+).

Which hotel is best for teenagers?

Most properties struggle with dedicated teen programming. Chewton Glen's coastal access and Four Seasons' equestrian center, falconry, and high wire adventure course work best for keeping teens engaged.
