All photographs, graphics, and visual content (“Images”) on DineWithJP are protected by copyright and licensing agreements. By using our Images, you agree to comply with these terms. Violations may result in legal action.

Fee: $50–$300 per image (based on reach and usage).

Permitted Uses:
- Website banners, social media ads (max 2M impressions)
- Print menus, brochures (under 10,000 copies)
- E-books and digital guides
Requirements:
- Written contract specifying scope of use
- Credit line in print/visible metadata for digital

C. Extended Commercial License

Fee: Custom quote (contact for pricing).

Covers:
- Large-scale prints (billboards, packaging)
- TV/film appearances
- Unlimited impressions/distribution
- Merchandise for resale

2. Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

AI/ML Training: Inclusion in datasets for generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
NFTs & Blockchain: Minting as NFTs or tokenized assets.
Stock Redistribution: Resale on platforms like Shutterstock or Adobe Stock.
Defamatory Contexts: Use in content that misrepresents subjects or promotes harmful ideologies.

3. Attribution Requirements

For Digital Use:

Place credit adjacent to the Image or in caption/footer.
Link to https://dinewithjp.com if online.

For Print Use:

Credit in colophon, credits page, or directly beneath the Image.
Format: "© DineWithJP. Licensed for [Project Name]."

4. How to License Images

Step 1: Identify the Image

Note the URL or filename of the desired Image(s).

Step 2: Select License Tier

Choose between CC (free) or Commercial (paid) licenses.

Step 3: Submit Request

For Commercial Licenses: Contact us with:

Intended use (platform, print run, duration)
Image reference(s)
Organization/individual details

Turnaround: Licenses issued within 2 business days upon payment.

5. Legal & Compliance

Copyright Claims: Unauthorized use will incur a takedown notice (DMCA) and fines up to 3x the license fee.
Model/Property Releases: Available upon request for commercial use (additional fee may apply).

Our Images embed machine-readable metadata including:

EXIF/IPTC fields (copyright, creator, license URL)
